Sometimes men are really funny. OoH Ki ! I am putting it in the fridge.

 
 

Well this was the last night conversation with my husband after we had our dinner  with manakeesh (middle eastern pizza) with the  priceless red thecha. Thecha in any form green or red  is priceless to him.

Thecha – yields  1 cup approximately

Ingredients:
15-20 thai red chillies
1 tsp of cumin
few sprigs of coriander leaves
6 cloves  garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
 
Method:
  1. Grind all the above ingredients to a coarse paste.
  2. Store in a airtight container in the fridge & use as required.

  1. Lovely and this is much appreciated. You know me, my addiction to chilies cannot be separated. Its also something similar to the sambal we have over here, only difference is we use shrimp paste instead of cumin. I will make this for my family who are great eaters of chilies.
